Block of the Month / Japanese Block of The Month

Betsy Gulla / Jan Gray / Rita Wagstaff		Finished blocks are based on patchwork, applique and Sashiko designs from Susan Briscoe's book entitled, "Japanese Quilt Blocks". Participants choose and interpret any number of blocks in their own style and choice of fabric (Oriental, Batiks, Western, Juvenile). In the process of designing and creating your very own special quilt, we will explore and learn about Japanese art and culture. Have fun, ladies! Listen carefully for upcoming extras with this Block of the Month.
