Block of the Month / Applique Sampler

Lois Griffith		This will start in January 2010 and new patterns will be given every other month, with completion for the Christmas luncheon. If you want to learn more about a variety of applique techniques, try this progam. Each month a different method will be explained by one of our members.
We will cover:
1. Needle turn by hand.
2. Sewing to tissue paper first.
3. Fused, then buttonhole stitched.
4. Fused, then satin stitched.
5. Machine applique using the blind hem stitch.
